Youthreach Ballina offer two courses, both approved and accredited by the Department of Education and Skills.
Junior Cert (JC) Programme
Participants are encouraged to take part in all activities in the centre, and each course has certain compulsory subjects. To learn more about the LCA select the title in the sub menu!We offer a limited range of Junior Cert subjects (for the small number of participants who failed to complete at second level) and it is completed during his/her first year on the course.
English, Maths and SPHE are compulsory and then there is a choice from the following – Woodwork, Metalwork, Art, Home Economics and Music.
